2. Citizens of 3 to 5 years can be members / members of Ansar and Village Defense Forces in the respective areas.

2. Upazila Ansar VDP officer was selected by the union Ansar commander / VDP union party leader and party leader and listed as a member.

2. If Ansar is a member of the force, you will receive 5 days basic training at full government expense (stay, eat, travel, clothing). After training, he will be able to fulfill his duties as a general Ansar and qualify to become one.

2. Upazila Ansar VDP officer will receive the training and select the member according to the quota and send the list to the district office. The age of the trainees is 5 to 8 years, minimum educational qualification is in the eighth grade, the height is 5 feet 5 inches for men and 5 feet for women. The size of the chest should be 8 inches to 12 inches for men and everyone's visual strength should be 1/4.

2. The members of the village defense team were given basic training for 5 days in the village at full government expense. It teaches the village defense team's contacts and activities and the socio-economic development of its members. Upazila level officers of the force conducted the training of personnel and upazila agricultural officers, fisheries officers, family planning officers, livestock officers. For each trainee, 3 / - Taka is given as daily allowance for 5 days training. In addition, training certificates are provided. This training guides the overall development of the members.

2. In order to increase the employment and income of the members of the force, the training is provided at various public costs (including living, eating, traveling, training expenses, materials costs) in various occupations. Among the occupations- (1) Fisheries (2) Goat rearing (1) Potato farming in advanced technology (1) Livestock rearing (a) Production and rearing of poultry in a domestic manner (1) Treatment and rearing of poultry (1) Seasonal Vegetable cultivation (3) Modern cultivation of fruits (3) Production of advanced quality mango seedlings (3) Nurseryization in advanced technology (3) Mushroom cultivation (3) Driving (12) Repair of refrigerated air conditioner (3) Electrician work (3) Sewing (1) Nakshi Kand Abunana and (16) of the Computer Basic Course.

        After training, Ansar can avail loans from VDP Development Bank or any local bank or lending institution.

2. Various government non-governmental organizations / agencies can incorporate weapons or weapons without weapons to meet their security needs. For this, they have to submit a request in favor of District Commandant Ansar VDP. When satisfactory reports are received from the departmental officers and police forces, the district commandant will compose Ansar. These Ansars will have to pay the salary allowance at the rate fixed by the government, incidental expenses at the rate of 5% of the daily allowance and Eid bonus money to the concerned institution / organization. 6 months salary allowance should be paid in advance.

2. Answers expected to become involved must receive basic training with firing experience. Ages 8 to 8, height minimum male 5 feet 5 inches and women 5 feet and educational qualification should be minimum eighth grade. They will be enclosed in a creek for 5 years.

        The District Commandant will prepare the panel by collecting the Ansar from the panel as per the requirement and qualification of the Ansar Ansar. These Ansars will need basic Ansar basic training certificates, citizenship certificates, character certificates, satisfactory police reports and passport and stamp size pictures for the panel and formations.

        At the current rate, a PC / APC will be entitled to a daily pay rate of Tk. In addition, PC / APC will be entitled to two festivals at the rate of Tk. They will be entitled to 20kg of rice, 25kg of wheat and 2 liters of edible oil at a government subsidized price. You will also receive uniform material at government expense.

2. If the Ansar VDP members die on duty or become crippled, then the family / persons concerned will be entitled to one-time grants and monthly allowance and medical expenses from the Welfare Fund. Battalion Answers will be entitled to joint insurance. Successful members / members of the force will receive medals or awards for their commendable and accomplished work.

2. In the third and fourth class government and non-governmental services, 5% seats are reserved for the trained members / members of this force.

2. In order to strengthen the functioning of the forces and the development of the members / members, club-associations were formed in the village and financial support and materials were provided.

12. Any person / person / area resident who wants to engage in volunteer or mobilized Ansar and VDP members / members, or if they need any help, can contact Upazila / Police Station Ansar VDP Officer or District Commandant Ansar VDP and receive the services of the Government Armed Forces. Training Rules

 

2. Village Based Training (VDP, Male and Female)

Through this training, the members / members of the village defense team got an idea about the VDP organization and were able to fulfill their duties as members of the VDP platoon. The rules of training are as follows:

    Two platoons consisting of 12 men and 12 women from the respective villages were given free training.
