Kurigram Deputy Commissioner Mosha Sultana Parveen Bahr, Sarbhar Bharhun, and Sarbhar Bharhun, said that they were present as guest speakers at the VDP basic training course, with district-based weapons at the Kurigram District Ansar and VDP training center at 9am on Tuesday September 5th. It is possible to solve the drug problem from this country by taking effective action through the information provided by the members of this force, which is spread in remote areas of the country. " Others were present in the meeting, Assistant District Commandant of Kurigram Ansar and VDP Mohammad Titul Mia, Rajarhat Upazila Ansar and VDP Officer Md. Ibrahim Khan, Upazila instructor Md. Shariful Islam of Ulipur.
Kurigram District Ansar and VDP Office Accountant Golam Mostafa Ranga conducted the program.
The 28-day training course begins on November 7. In Kurigram district, 3 male members of the 3 upazilas participated in the training. Additional police superintendent (promoted to superintendent of police) Md. Menhajul Alam, civil surgeon Dr Habibur Rahman, deputy director of the Agriculture Extension Department spoke as guest speaker on various days of ongoing training. Md. Mostafizar Rahman Chief, District Fisheries Officer Kali Pad Roy, District Election Officer Md Jahangir Alam Rakib, Ansar-VDP Development Bank Phulbari Branch Manager Chandan Guh and Deputy Assistant Director of Fire Services and Civil Defense, Kurigram.
